Buy it now: Steam weekend deal slashes indie game prices

Not to be outdone by rival digital download service Direct2Drive, Steam has posted its own weekend sale on bundled indie games, this time curated by Braid dev Jon Blow and 2D Boy's Ron Carmel, who have selected the so called "absolute, autonomous, freewheeling, grassroots, nonaligned, nonpartisan, sovereign, unconstrained, uncontrolled, unregimented games pack" to include: AudioSurf, Blueberry Garden, Braid, Crayon Physics Deluxe, Darwinia, Everyday Shooter, Gish, Mr. Robot, The Path and World of Goo for thirty bucks.

The lesser but similarly synonymous "autarchical, self-governing, self-reliant, self-ruling, self-sufficient games pack" will get you a pared down bare essentials selection of: Blueberry Garden, Braid, Everyday Shooter, The Path and World of Goo for twenty.

It is my opinion that you should not sleep on this one.

I'd love to buy stufs with the bargain, but I live in germany, and here a quote form the Steam-support webpage :
"Due to low violence territory restrictions and the language packages associated with the game, you will be unable to change the language from German to other languages."

which means, if you are in germany, even if it's for work and even if (like me) you want to get a game in your mother language, well, you just can't.
Even the game you bought BEFORE the law are going to automaticly update to german, with german censorship.

steam is great, but the way the violence regulation is applied in germany sucks.

(but if you still haven't, buy world of goo, best stuff since lemmings!!!)
