Browser battle: Capcom, GameTap bring Street Fighter II CE to Kongregate
Just launched in celebration of the release of a PC version of Street Fighter IV: a new, browser-based Flash version of Street Fighter II CE, put together by GameTap for Flash portal Kongregate. [via Capcom]

Correct me if I'm wrong -- and I very well might be -- the game is the SNES version but the music is from the arcade?

It's in flash, so it's probably a port of one or the other into actionscript, with the music simply sampled in its entirety (because flash, as far as I remember, can't change the pitch on individual samples or synthesize tones, which would be required to facilitate tracked/mod-style music as used by arcade games)
