The next 'next': three more days for more Kojima game teasing
As promised, the clouds have continued to gather on the website for Metal Gear creator Hideo Kojima's next game, currently codenamed "Next", with a hint of thunder and lightning (雷電 [Raiden]), a flashing and fading '5', and a countdown timer with 3.5 days remaining on the clock.

So the announcement it scheduled for Friday, correct? Yet, the countdown appears to be counting down to 6PM on Thursday.

I'm too lazy to double-check the math, but Thursday evening in America would equate to Friday in Japan, would it not?

Anyone want to try decompiling the flash file or working out the meaning of the parameters that get passed to it? Namely:
src="frame.swf?lmt01=20090518100000&lmt02=20090522100000&lmt03=99999999999999&lmt04=99999999999999&lmt05=99999999999999"
lmt01 seems to be now, lmt02 is Friday, and lmt3-5 is... the max value.

Following up to my last post, I played around with the source in Firebug, and it looks like what I was doing was successfully calling for the right time, but the resources for, say, Friday (lmt01=200905221000000) aren't live yet, so you can't sneak in.
...Or those other parameters have to do something, and I really accomplished nothing. I duno.
